1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by AussieParty Pro ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AussieParty Pro regarding your use of our party planning and event organization services across Australia.

2. Service Description

AussieParty Pro provides professional party planning and event organization services throughout Australia. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Event consultation and planning
• Venue coordination and decoration
• Vendor management and coordination
• Day-of event coordination and management
• Sustainable and eco-friendly event solutions
• Custom theme development and implementation

All services are provided subject to availability and in accordance with our professional standards and Australian regulations.

3. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during consultation
• Make timely payments as agreed in your service contract
• Communicate any changes or concerns promptly
• Respect venue rules and regulations during events
• Provide reasonable access to venues and vendors as needed
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals for your event

Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect service delivery and could result in additional charges or service termination.

4. Booking and Payment Terms

Service bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and initial deposit. Payment terms are as follows:

• 25% deposit required to secure booking
• 50% payment due 30 days before event date
• Final 25% payment due 7 days before event
• Late payment fees may apply after due dates
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and approved digital payment platforms. All transactions are processed securely through our authorized payment partners.

5. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting our business interests:

• Cancellations 60+ days before event: 75% refund
• Cancellations 30-59 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations 14-29 days before: 25% refund
• Cancellations less than 14 days: No refund

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation confirmation. Force majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis with fair consideration for all parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence in all our services, AussieParty Pro's liability is limited as follows:

We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, venue availability changes, vendor performance issues, or force majeure events. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid for services.

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage and will work diligently to resolve any issues that may arise during the planning or execution of your event.

7. Intellectual Property

All original designs, concepts, and materials created by AussieParty Pro remain our intellectual property. However, you have the right to use and enjoy these designs for your specific event.

Any photographs, videos, or other media captured during your event may be used by AussieParty Pro for marketing purposes unless explicitly declined in writing. We respect your privacy and will always present your event in a positive, professional manner.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information in accordance with Australian privacy laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Your personal information will only be used for service delivery, communication, and improvement of our services. We do not sell or share your information with unauthorized third parties.

9. Modifications to Terms

AussieParty Pro reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify existing clients of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

For active service contracts, significant term changes will not affect services already contracted unless mutually agreed upon by both parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through the appropriate Australian legal channels.

We encourage open communication to resolve any concerns before they escalate to formal dispute resolution processes.
